So I had a very scary moment happen tonight..
Mind you, I am typically a safe driver...No speeding here :D
Anyways. It was 10pm, just got home after a long day at SWIC, and I was pulling into the gravel drive in front of the building where I live at. I looked up and in front of me( I am almost certain, out of know where) was a car. This car was black, had very tinted black windows and huge rims. The car was also "jacked up" as they say. Instant panic shot thru my chest, because I hadn't seen the car until now, and I almost had a head on collision! The car swerved around me and kept going, but I noticed it had slowed down somewhat. I turned off all my lights and kind of sat there, waiting to see what was going to happen, and sure enough the reverse lights on the car light up and the car came speeding towards me...backwards...
I felt the cold terror of fear grip my heart and I couldn't moves! I watched as the car sidled up along side my van, and felt my legs began to shake as the car's window rolled down. All i could see was the brim of a baseball hat and the outline of a face. I couldn't tell if the person inside was waving at me, flipping me off, or yelling. I was to scared to even breath, but I waved my hands in an apologetic motion, mouthing the words " I am sorry, I didn't see you!" ( As if that was going to help any..) For some reason that I cannot explain, I felt compelled to dial 9-1-1, and wait....I merely dialed the numbers on phone and did not press the call button...A few seconds passed, which really felt like hours, and then the window rolled back up, and the car sped away. I waited until I could no longer see headlights and then tore up the stairs to my apartment...
My legs where shaking so bad, I barely made it up the stairs! It sounds silly, but I live in a very small town, and I suppose if the guy wanted to come back, I wouldn't be hard to find...
I think I might find it somewhat difficult to sleep tonight.
